The moment of the pink sky 。

Make a guess where was the photo of this pink sky taken? Not Japan, Not Africa, not even Europe. It was taken at the moment not long before the last light of the day set in slightly cloudy evening in Hong Kong when I was hiking downhill.

During the sunset, the light is passing through more air than when the sun is overhead. More air means more scattering of the light. The orange, purple and red light are scattered last and therefore we are more likely to seeing pink sky toward the end of sunset.

The print was created in watercolor abstract drawing style, based on such pink sky before the sunset, along with swaying of soft fabric crafted delicately.

Look up at the sky. Beautiful things are around us.
